Noble Goods, Handcrafted Objects for The Home
Brand’s Overview / Information :
Founded in 2011, Noble Goods makes furniture, tabletop goods, jewelry and custom home installations.
Noble Goods was founded by Christopher Moore and Molly FitzSimons in the basement of their house on Noble Street, in Brooklyn. Their approach to design is grounded in materials – wood, resin, steel, leather, concrete – and elevated by a refined aestetic.
Noble Goods make modern home furnishings combining wood and resin in innovative ways, both decorative and structural. Each piece is handmade, resulting in an artful, sometimes whimsical quality, grounded by superior craftsmanship.
Christopher Moore approaches design with reckless curiosity combined with careful craftsmanship and a deep respect for the physical world. He holds an MFA in sculpture from Rhode Island School of Design, and has been making things with his hands since he was a kid. He’s a master of materials, including concrete, wood, leather, metal, and cast plastics. He started Noble Goods because he believes that the best you can do is to do what you love.
Molly FitzSimons is a props and interiors stylist with an eye for the small details that bring inspiration to everyday life. She honed her skills as a Style Editor at Martha Stewart Living and Home Merchandizing Manager at Anthropologie, as well as a lifetime of choosing wall colors and rearranging furniture as a hobby. She started Noble Goods because she believes a beautiful object, well-placed, can inspire great things.
